Returns

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Returned products must:

• Be unused
• Include original tags
• Be in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Products showing signs of use, damage by the customer, or missing original packaging may not qualify for returns.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or according to applicable payment provider policies.

Exchange
